Tottenham Hotspur have an interest in signing Ezequiel Fernandez, an Argentine defensive midfielder from Boca Juniors. Gazzetta dello Sport believes he faces a ‘uphill’ battle to stay, but some strong performances could help him persuade his club and De Rossi to’redeem him’ from Leeds. According to the Italian daily, it could all come down to narrow margins, and it may only take ‘one match, maybe even two’ to get what he wants, with a 50% probability of playing for AS Roma next season.
