Tottenham Hotspur continue to get rid of the fringe players even after the transfer window has shut.
Tottenham centre-back Davinson Sanchez and midfielder Tanguy Ndombele joined Turkish giants Galatasaray in late deals.
Sanchez joins on a permanent basis, while Ndombele is on loan with a purchase option.Maksim Paskotsi, a 20-year-old defender, is the most recent departure. The young 20-year-old Estonian joined Tottenham from his local club, Flora Tallinn, in September 2020.
He began his Spurs career by playing with the Under-18s before progressing to the Development Squad in 2021.Paskotsi’s extraordinary journey with the club concluded in a stunning first-team appearance against Pacos de Ferreira in August 2021 during the UEFA Europa Conference League play-off tie.
He is now on his way to the Grasshopper Club Zurich. Tottenham has officially announced the agreement.
According to the club’s statement:
“We have reached an agreement with Grasshopper Club Zurich for the transfer of Maksim Paskotsi.”Spurs have had a very successful transfer window under Ange Postecoglou. They added seven new players to their roster, including James Maddison, Manor Solomon, Guglielmo, Ashley Phillips, Micky van de Ven, Brennan Johnson, and Alejo Veliz.
In terms of departures, Harry Kane was the most significant, leaving the club for Bayern Munich for a deal close to £100 million.
Sergio Reguilon, Joe Rodon, Djed Spence, Harry Winks, Alfie Devine, Troy Parrott, and Dan Scarlett are among those who have left Spurs, paving the door for a new era.
