While the former Manchester City prospect is only 23 years old and has enormous potential, he has not been a tremendous success in the Premier League for United.

Given Sancho’s current salaries and the large transfer price that United would demand for him, it would be a highly expensive and risky acquisition for Spurs.

Sancho has made 58 Premier League appearances in his career. In those games, the winger has nine goals and six assists.Tottenham’s major goal this season is to finish in the top four of the Premier League, whereas Manchester United’s goal is to win the title.
