Leeds in ‘direct communication’ with Arne Slot as he plots bold Elland Road raid

According to Dutch outlet 1908.nl, Leeds United are in ‘in contact’ with Arne Slot’s Feyenoord over a loan deal for Luis Sinisterra, exactly a year after Feyenoord transferred Sinisterra to Leeds for £21.5 million.

Sinisterra, 24, did not play in Saturday’s 1-0 loss to Birmingham City. He is alleged to have told Daniel Farke that he did not want to play on Saturday after starting against Cardiff City and coming on as a substitute against Shrewsbury Town.

While Willy Gnonto just refuses to participate, Sinisterra has a knock and does not want to aggravate his knee problem in case a club comes calling. Farke stated that he was “unavailable,” and that further information would be revealed in due course.

As a result, Sinisterra, like Gnonto, is expected to leave Leeds at the end of the summer window. A player who, like many others, is likely to have a loan provision in his contract if he is relegated from the top flight.

Leeds has made direct contact with Feyenoord over the loan return of Luis Sinisterra.

The Colombian star appeared as Slot for Feyenoord. In 49 games last season, he played 113 times and scored 23 goals and had 14 assists. Feyenoord now wants him back, which is an audacious move.

A move to Feyenoord from Leeds is not very daring, but Sinisterra has demonstrated the potential to play in Europe’s top five divisions. It’s unknown whether any clubs at that level will approach them, but Feyenoord have.

According to 1908.nl, Leeds and Feyenoord are in ‘direct touch’ about a loan deal for Sinisterra. We desired a move that would allow one of our top current players to work with Slot’s management.
