Giulian Bianconea and Cheikhou Kouyate of Nottingham Forest might depart for Olympiacos.
The Reds could now offload two more players before a new deadline, according to Gazzetta in Greece. Olympiacos has until the following Monday to choose their team, and they have their sights set on two Forest players.
Kouyate’s contract expires in just one year, and Biancone hasn’t participated in a competitive match since tearing his knee ligaments.
The action would definitely make sense in terms of Kouyate. After signing on deadline day, Nicolas Dominguez and Ibrahim Sangare, he will undoubtedly fall further down the food chain.
The 33-year-old midfield savage will be hankering for regular playing time at this point in his career.
For Biancone, a match is necessary. Since joining the Reds in the summer of last year, he has hardly played at all.
He might be kept on the City Ground’s books at age 23, but a loan move would be very helpful.
He had a growing reputation when he arrived from Troyes last summer, so getting him some playing time would be beneficial.
