The new signing from Liverpool hasn’t impressed the coaches, therefore they might let him leave in January.

Liverpool is already thinking about perhaps ending Arthur Melo’s loan agreement early

According to Tuttomercatoweb, the 26-year-old is not thought to be performing “at the level expected” by Liverpool. The Reds are allegedly “not afraid” to let him leave in January as a result.

This is allegedly only possible if Jurgen Klopp is successful in adding a new midfielder during the winter transfer window. This article claims that Liverpool are actively seeking to accomplish that.

If they succeed, Arthur’s stay in Merseyside will allegedly be shortened. The Brazilian would be returning to Juventus in that case. Unfortunately for Arthur, Juve ‘don’t want him either,’ according to reports.

Liverpool is persistent

It would seem like a useless move on Liverpool’s part to return Arthur back to where he came from in January.

Liverpool has just 13 games scheduled between then and now. It might actually take Arthur most of that time to adjust because he hasn’t performed well since the end of the previous season.

To determine whether he would be a good fit for the squad, it is far from enough time. Additionally, Liverpool has included a reasonable buy cost in the player’s loan agreement. They will miss out on it if they don’t give Arthur at least the season to establish himself.

Despite the fact that his club doesn’t seem to want him, the Brazil international is undoubtedly talented. He might still be available if Liverpool can get him up to speed.

Arthur didn’t feel rushed to pick up the pace.

Arthur has only been available for three Liverpool matchday squads thus far. Even though he only played for 13 minutes, he managed to make all of them.

But that makes sense when you consider the setting of the games. His first match was a tight Merseyside Derby, his second was a disastrous loss in Naples, and his third was a stressful, high-stakes match against Ajax.

These aren’t games to throw Arthur into as Klopp and the coaching staff work to increase his familiarity with the style of play of his new team.

The present extended vacation should offer him the opportunity to settle in with the city and with his training. The former Barcelona player should spend the majority of the break at the AXA because he hasn’t been selected for Brazil.

He’ll hopefully be prepared to prove to everyone why he’s in it for the long haul once football season returns in October. or, at the absolute least, for the season.
