The goal of a goal-scoring forward is to play for Liverpool, he declares. He is satisfied with their most recent achievements.

Casper Tengstedt, a forward from Denmark, has said he wants to move to Liverpool in the future

The 22-year-old, who came up through FC Midtjylland’s systems, spent time on loan at Nürnberg II and Horsens before signing for Rosenborg BK in August.

Tengstedt has made a strong start in Norway, scoring eight goals and dishing out four assists in seven league games.

He was a member of the Denmark U21 team during this month’s international break, which provided TV 2 SPORT with the chance to speak with him.

The attacker went into detail about his desire to play for Liverpool after stating that his goal is to represent the senior side of Denmark. Despite mentioning the Reds, he is fully aware that his dream is “some time in the future.”

“I hope to play for Liverpool someday. You must undoubtedly be permitted to dream. But aside from that, I don’t have a professional plan that specifies that I want to move to Germany or Spain. I didn’t. I attempt to accept things as they are. Like when Rosenborg approached, I try to go with my intuition,” Tengstedt remarked.

The Dane is taken aback by both his performance for Rosenborg and the attention that has since followed him.

“It was a bizarre sensation. That was a little surprising, I thought. Even if it was undoubtedly positive, it might not have been what you had anticipated. To determine whether it was satisfactory, I simply had to give myself one last glance in the mirror, Tengstedt said.

“I wasn’t used to it in Horsens, but when I arrived at Rosenborg, there were media waiting. It has been a little turbulence, but I think it has been positive and it has gone well so far. There is also a larger emphasis on you before and after the matches.

Tengstedt might be able to move closer to realizing his goal of playing for Liverpool if he keeps excelling for the Norwegian club.
